Criminal Minds, S1E6 (quote)

Damn right buddy. Everyone wishes to be remarkable; if not themselves, then at least, their kids. Now, social media has given the chance to thousands, if not millions, to be remarkable, or at least, feel remarkable.

We can take it all the way to narcissism where people are not shying away from boasting & competing, especially on social media, that how remarkable their lives are. Of course, that in turn, is giving the wonderful feelings of stress, depression, low self-esteem etc. to others who feel their own lives are not remarkable enough, which in turn, lead those people to suicide.

Criminal Minds, S1E6 (quote)

One Possible Translation: For every particular thing there will be different conditions. So the irrationality of a thing does not imply it doesn't exist, but rather implies one of its conditions. There could be several different conditions of it. In other words, everything for which there is no evident proof does not mean it does not exist at all. It means you are looking at it in an irrational perspective.

Good quote to use when atheists say it's irrational to believe in a supernatural being or climate change deniers saying that there's no such thing as climate change or when people say that religion is the source of all problems / strife in the world or when oil & gas companies try to prove that fracking isn't causing any environmental & health problems or .......... .

Criminal Minds, S1E4 (Quote)

One possible translation: Just like birds don't keep moping around after a storm, people should also be thankful & feel happy in whatever conditions they are in, because there is always someone who is worse off than them.

Criminal Minds, S1E1 (Quote)

Loved this quote after understanding it (one meaning from several). Although, this is just one part of the full quote, I wanted to show only the part quoted on the show. Regardless, it's still great. It essentially means that when you try to become enlightened, beware of the loneliness & sadness you will encounter. Funny, how our world has exactly become this.
